The training programme was carried out in cooperation with the CARICOM Secretariat and with the assistance from CISAC, IFPI, IFRRO and ACCS, and was financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and supported by the University of Agder, Norway.
The program aimed to shed light on the different options that are available in the region and help the participants to isolate and assess local issues, understand the working infrastructure and be able find and develop the best possible strategy to thrive and grow in a digital environment.
The participants will continue work individually on a study project during the coming six months, and they have agreed on a shared action plan where they will continue the exchange of information and knowledge, offer support and collaborate on difficult projects to collectively strengthen the presence and influence of CMOs in the region.
