APPA was established in 2015 with the aim to gather and unite corporations and artists in the field of musical performances, and to protect the legitimate rights of its members in the usage of musical performances domestically and internationally. They wish to publically promote the development of music products, contribute to the creation of new works and disseminate the value of world music and the ethnic art form.
