The Norcode Music Programme aims to strengthen the situation for music copyright and related rights in developing countries.
Vietnam Center for Protection of Music Copyright, VCPMC, has been supported by Norcode since 2009. The initial three-year project ended successfully in the beginning of 2012, and a new project on distribution of remuneration was initiated and started the same year.
The Norcode Visual/Audiovisual Programme aims to strengthen the situation for visual and audiovisual rights in developing countries.
The multipurpose programme includes Norcode's funding of projects covering different fields of copyright and related rights, such as support to multipurpose collective management organisations representing various groups of rights holders. The programme also includes workshops and other copyright-related activities useful to different groups of rights holders.
WIPO, ARIPO and Norcode hosted two workshops on collective management of rights in Zimbabwe 2012.
